You are not satisfied with the ordered product or have changed your mind?
If you want to return something to us, please follow the procedure below:
1) Please always contact our customer service first. This can be done by phone, by mail or by using the contact form below. Indicate which product (item number) it is, as well as the order or invoice number and why you want to return it.
2) Once the procedure has been discussed with our service team, the product must be packed in its original condition, with all accessories and if possible in the original box. Also, the product must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or at least a note with the invoice number and your name. On the outside of the box must be written legibly a transaction number, as well as our address, which will be given to you by our service team.
ATTENTION WITH BATTERIES: Since batteries are dangerous goods, they may only be shipped in a legally approved carton. If you no longer have the original carton, you can have our service team send you a new carton for a material and shipping fee of 10€.

3) As soon as the goods have been received by us and have been checked as being in order, the purchase price and the first shipping costs will be refunded to you within 14 days. The direct return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. If JD Europe has ordered a pickup for your product, we will deduct the cost of the pickup from the refund (purchase amount + shipping costs). If only a part of an order is returned, we reserve the right to refund the shipping costs only proportionally.

Your goods are damaged?
If your ordered goods are damaged or have defects, please contact our service team immediately. The best way to do this is to call us and discuss everything on the phone. Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail or an info via the contact form. Please include your telephone number, so that our service team can contact you with any queries.
